2. Individual Session Cancellation (Applicable to Single Sessions or Program Sessions)

This section protects your most valuable asset: your time.

24-Hour Cancellation Window: If a client cancels a scheduled coaching session less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled start time, the client will forfeit the fee for that session. No refund will be issued, and the session will not be rescheduled without an additional charge.
Cancellation Outside 24 Hours: If a client cancels a scheduled session more than twenty-four (24) hours in advance, the session fee will be credited, and the session can be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
No-Shows: Failure to appear for a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation inside the 24-hour window, resulting in the forfeiture of the session fee.

3. Digital Products and Affiliate Sales

Digital Products (e.g., Scorecard/Ebook/Templates): Due to the immediate, non-returnable nature of digital downloads, sales of all standalone digital products are final and non-refundable.
Affiliate Products: If you purchase a product through an affiliate link on our site (e.g., a ClickBank product), your refund and return rights are governed entirely by the policy of that third-party vendor.
